Ever since the outbreak of corona virus in India three months ago, the television industry received a huge set back. Shoots were stalled and actors were confined to their homes like everyone else. But ever since Unlock 1.0, shooting has begun. Ofcourse we haven’t achieved normalcy as of now but it is a step towards it.
Television’s favourite show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was one of the shows that begun filming over the last weekend. The daily soap has been loved by the audience for many years and has crossed over 3000 episodes. The actors have come forward on social media and shared glimpses of shooting during the time of a pandemic. Fans have been eagerly waiting to watching Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan weave their magic onscreen again.
The wait ends here, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will be returning to television on July 13th at 9.30 pm.
Where did Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai leave off?
Prior to the lockdown it was revealed that Kartik had another child, a daughter named Kiara. Kartik goes on a wild goose hunt to find his daughter. This led to a rather bitter ending. But this plotline will not be able to be continued as current guidelines do not allow children one the shooting locations. Kartik and Naira will see themselves facing a completely different problem post lockdown.
Upcoming Twists in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
The new promo of the show was released by the makers. And we must say it is a treat to the eyes. For months we have been waiting to see our favorite characters onscreen. We will now witness Shivangi Joshi aka Naira in a double role. She will be playing contrasting characters of Naira and Tina. Naira is doing this to protect her family while they are undergoing crisis in their business.
Kartik is skeptical about these plans but the supportive husband that he is, plays his part. This burst of energy is surely going to be fun filled and full of drama, something that viewers have been eagerly waiting for.
