What were your favorite fashion-trends from the Red Carpet at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards?
In light of Sunday’s heartbreaking news following the death of NBA athlete Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Maria-Onore Bryant, the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards forced everyone to put their best outfits forward and smile.
Traditionally, so much of the fun watching awards shows comes from the Red Carpet. Celeb looks, from the outrageous to the elegant, are so much fun to watch while we all sit at home in our sweats eating Cheetos.
This year’s Grammy’s looks certainly did not disappoint when it comes to entertainment value. Here are the nominees for red carpet looks that are interesting enough to write about.
Lizzo looked like an old-fashioned Hollywood queen in an all-white curve-hugging gown accessorized with a fabulous (faux?) fur stole.
Billie Eilish showed up looking like classic Billie Eilish in a green and black Gucci ensemble. She’s wearing her signature look and as always pulling it off beautifully.
Finneas added a little flair to a classic suit and bow-tie combo with a festive flower-patterned jacket. This insanely talented sibling duo slayed the red carpet.
Princess Ariana has arrived rocking the full glamorous ballgown look, accented with opera gloves and her trademark high pony. She later changed into a different dress with similar grey princess vibes.
Maggie Rogers looked amazing in Chanel, but the best part of her outfit was a fantastic Chanel water bottle holder. Fashionable and sustainable, it’s a win for Rogers.
Billy Porter, the undefeated king of the dramatic red carpet statement, brought his best show-stopping A-game with a sparkly fringed jump-suit and matching hat.
Lil Nas X walked the carpet in a fun and playful hot-pink studded cowboy suit over a mesh shirt. The look definitely turns heads, that’s for sure.
Billy Cyrus looks pretty much exactly like he always does. Playing at a dive bar or hitting the Grammys, the look is certainly versatile.
Ozzy Osbourne, who recently revealed a Parkinson’s diagnosis, walked the carpet with a long coat, a giant crucifix, and a badass cane, proving that Parkinson’s or not, Ozzy’s still got it.
