Also, when we talk about actors, take Shahid Kapoor in Kabir Singh Or shah Rukh Khan in the ‘Happy New Year’. Think about the forever fit Akshay Kumar Or the Greek god Hrithik Roshan, and how can we not mention John Abraham in the list. He is one of the most popular trainers in Bollywood and his fitness center is named ‘Body Sculpture’. He is the one who trained king khan for Happy new year. Some of his most popular clients from the industry are Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, and Sunny Leone. 

2. Kris Gethin

Not only a very dedicated trainer, but kris Gethin is also the author of best-selling fitness books namely ” Body By Design ” and ” The Transformer”. He is the name behind Hrithik’s perfect body in “Krish 3” And also trained John Abraham for a while. 

3. Abbas Ali

Recall the absolute lean body which looked more like a piece of art when Shahid went shirtless in Kabir Singh and Udta Punjab? It was all after the efforts of this fitness trainer. Abbas Ali is Shahid’s favorite pick for the last 8years. Working with Shahid was a difficult deal, as him being a pure vegetarian.

The man behind Anant Ambani’s brilliant weight shed of 108 kgs. He prefers strength training, weight loss management and nutrition, and body sculpting. He also trained John Abraham, Shilpa Shetty, Ritesh Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza and many more. 

8. Lloyd Stevens

He wasn’t into fitness initially and had his earnings through corporate means. When he decided to change the field, his own transformation was extremely incredible. His then coach was our second entry, Kris Gethin. He now trained Ranvir Singh and helped him get this amazing body frame.
