S Janaki is one of the greatest singer of Indian cinema and she is considered to be a legend in music industry. Her voice is still fresh and she sang a duet even at the age of 80. Janaki is well and alive and is recovering from a surgery which she underwent during lockdown, he also rubbished the rumour about Coronavirus for singer S. Janaki. He assured fans that S. Janaki is doing well and will soon be back home. S Janaki made her singing debut in Konjum Salangai in the year 1957 with the song Singaravelane Deva. She worked for 60 years in music industry and retired three years ago. Her lost song was Amma Poovinum for the movie 10 Kalpanaikal. It must be noted that she sang 48,000 songs in 17 Indian languages and it considered to be a role model to all musicians in this present century.
