The internet is still obsessed with the gorgeous outfit of Priyanka Chopra that she wore for 62nd Annual Grammy Awards held on the 26th of last month in the Staples Centre, Los Angeles, California.
Priyanka Chopra made heads turn with her white-colored stunning Kimono dress, but her plunging neck-line raised many eyebrows along with the temperature. Priyanka looked nothing less than a diva dressed in a Ralph and Russo gown.
Sure the dress looks gorgeous but it looks risky as well. Priyanka Chopra did not just take a risk by wearing the outfit but also carried it flawlessly throughout. However, the question is how did she manage to keep the dress in place?
Talking about the same in an interview with US Weekly, Priyanka revealed the secret detail used by designers Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo that made sure there was no scope for a wardrobe malfunction at the event. Talking about the same, she said:
“So as much as people might think it would be hard to manage, they found this incredible tulle the same colour as my skin tone and sort of held the dress together with that. So you can’t even see it in the pictures but there was no way it would have happened if they didn’t have that. It was like netting.”
Priyanka Chopra praised the designers for always making her outfits keeping the risk of wardrobe malfunctions in mind. She said:
“Ralph and Russo, whenever they make couture for me or custom outfits for me, they always do them fitted to my body, keeping these things (wardrobe malfunction) in mind,”
When asked if she was nervous wearing the outfit, to which the actress gave a brilliant response, she revealed:
“When I decide to wear an outfit, I’m not someone who’s really nervous because when I walk out of the door, I’m very secure, I don’t leave unless I’m super secure. I don’t like wardrobe malfunctions! Nobody does!”
