Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo will be in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad for the trip to Chelsea on Monday (8pm).
The Red Devils will return to action at Stamford Bridge next week following their winter break.
The team is currently training in southern Spain as they enjoy some warm-weather work away from Manchester.
Ighalo, though, is yet to link up with his new team-mates where he is working alone on his fitness instead.
The 30-year-old is focusing on his fitness back at Carrington after the club decided the January loan signing should stay behind.
There were fears at United that Ighalo may not be allowed back in the country amid concerns over the Coronavirus.
The former Watford goalscorer has been in China in the past two weeks, having joined the Red Devils from Shanghai Shenhua as a short-term solution up front.
Solskjaer has the Nigeria international at his disposal until the end of the season, and he plans to use him sharpish.
Asked if Ighalo’s available for the Chelsea game, Solskjaer told United’s official website : “Yeah, he is going to travel with us.
“We will just see his fitness work this week and I think we will get him sharp.
“We want to integrate him as quickly as we can because, of course, he is desperate to play for us.”

United are desperate for a positive result in west London on Monday, given the implications in the Premier League table.

United cannot afford to lose as they bid to chase down Frank Lampard’s team, and with Marcus Rashford still sidelined with a back injury, Ighalo could well be called upon.
