After Lady Singham’s suicide, Women and Child Welfare Minister Yashomati Thakur called Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. They submitted a memorandum demanding strict action against those involved in the case who were guilty of Deepali.

Reddy has been accused of sexual harassment, torture, financial loss, and mental trauma, due to which the officer suffered a miscarriage last month.
Deepali Chavan-Mohite was a courageous woman; she loved to ride a bullet motorcycle; she had driven out the smugglers who were cutting the trees many times.
