With this in mind, Behindwoods has successfully awarded the Behindwoods Gold Medals for the past 7 years to several artists in the film industry. Top actors and actresses of Tamil and Indian cinema have graced our festival stage.
Behindwoods is proud to launch the new awards ceremony this year. Behindwoods Gold Icons are the first television, digital, and community awards presented and recognized this year. Many celebrities in television and digital have participated in the grand awards ceremony to be held today (7.03.2021).
CSK team ‘Chinna Thala’ Raina has participated in this event as a surprise to many. Behindwoods is proud to present the Behindwoods Gold Icons Award to cricketer Raina in the category of ‘THE GOLDEN GLOBAL ICON OF INSPIRATION (SPORTS).’ The award was presented by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the director of the master film starring Thalapathy Vijay.
