Luka Jovic to Chelsea

Chelsea have been linked with Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic.

Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo claim several clubs are queuing up to sign the Serbia international including Tottenham.

Jovic, 22, secured a £55million move to the Bernabeu off the back of a blistering two-season loan spell with Bundesliga Frankfurt, where he scored 36 goals in 75 appearances.

However, things haven’t worked out for Jovic under Zinedine Zidane with the striker managing just two goals.

Mundo Deportivo claim Real Madrid executives are unhappy with Jovic breaking the club’s Coronavirus quarantine rules when flying back to Serbia.

It’s believed the Spanish heavyweights are open to offloading Jovic but want to recoup the full £55m they paid for him.

Miralem Pjanic interest

Juventus could allow Miralem Pjanic to join Chelsea this summer as part of a swap deal to try and sign Jorginho, according to reports.

Pjanic is one of several experienced stars who may be offloaded by the Serie A giants in order to fund a summer of spending.

And the Old Lady have their sights set on Jorginho as they plot a reunion between the Italian midfielder and Juve boss Maurizio Sarri, who also managed the 28-year-old at Napoli and Chelsea.

Corriere dello Sport report that Juventus are considering off-loading Pjanic to make room for new arrivals, despite nearly four years of excellent service at the Allianz Stadium.

Chelsea are interested in the Bosnian but Pjanic is also supposedly being monitored by Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

Jadon Sancho to Chelsea

Chelsea won’t be put off by Borussia Dortmund’s valuation of Jadon Sancho as they prepare to launch a bid to sign the English youngster during the summer transfer window, according to the Evening Standard.

Manchester United and Liverpool were both heavily linked with the forward before the January transfer window, but neither made a move.

Instead, he stayed at Dortmund, and has continued to impress – winning the Bundesliga’s Player of the Month award for January.

Dortmund will apparently ask for £120m for the winger, which would smash Chelsea’s club-record transfer fee paid for a player.

That figure currently stands at the £72m they paid for goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga – who has been tipped to leave Stamford Bridge during the summer.

David Alaba offered

Chelsea will have to fight off La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid in their pursuit of long-term transfer target David Alaba.

The Blues are on the hunt for a new left-back but will have a hard task signing up the Bayern Munich ace due to new interest from Spain, according to reports.

Chelsea had been favourites to snap up the Austrian in January, but Barcelona and Real Madrid have reportedly now joined the race for the 27-year-old’s signature.

SportBILD claim La Liga’s top two pose a serious threat to the Blues’ transfer plans and would have no qualms about splashing out £60million on the experienced defender.
