‘Blood and Water’ Season 1 started off with the story based in a Cape Town, South Africa around the life of Puleng Khumalo. The Blood and Water story throws light on the spicy, dark lives of the elitist section of the society in Cape Town. Puleng happens to be a 16 year old teen who gets her transfer to Parkhurst College. Puleng has a strong calling about meeting her elder sister who was kidnapped while she was born.
With six episodes of exhilarating plot twists, Fikile manages to find out Puleng was stalking her and decides to confront. The plot continues to sway into the the attitude of the elite class and how they live around the hazards of child trafficking in their everyday lives.
‘Blood and Water’ Season 2 will dwell around the the life of Fikile after the realization that she was separated, trafficked and lived away from her actual biological parents. With that being said, it would be interesting to see if Fikile takes a stand against her current parents who have raised well with a good life to live.
